No dia do meu aniversário (29.04) ainda estávamos em Dallas por isso escolhi uma programação especial para comemorar o dia! Passamos a manhã no Dallas Museum of Art, no Arts District, e acertei na escolha. A coleção do museu é realmente enorme com peças de todas as épocas e lugares do mundo. Não podia deixar de mencionar que fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados em todo o museu (aliás, na cidade inteira, as pessoas são muito simpáticas!). As fotos acima foram tiradas em uma das instalações do DMA, nem preciso dizer que amei né?!

I was lucky enough to be in Dallas during my birthday (04.29) and I decided to visit some special places on my day. We spent the morning at the Dallas Museum of Art, in the Arts District, and I totally loved it. The museum collection is really huge with pieces collected all over the world from different times. I also have to mention that we had a lovely time in the city, everybody was so nice! The pics above were taken in the DMA and are my favs from that morning!

Durante à tarde optei pela visita ao Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, lugar incrível com jardins impecáveis e clima perfeito de muita serenidade. Tivemos sorte de visitar o Arboretum durante a primavera e encontra-lo ainda mais exuberante. Por todo o caminho encontramos com coelhos, esquilos e pássaros, muito amor! Em um lugar tão lindo também não é raro encontrar muitos fotógrafos fazendo trabalhos para casamentos, books, etc. Adorei a visita e certamente está entre os meus lugares favoritos em Dallas, confesso que fiquei desejando morar ali perto para incluir o Arboretum na minha rotina!

In the afternoon we decided to visit the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, amazing place with perfect gardens and positive vibe. We were really lucky to visit it during the spring, the flowers and colours were gorgeous. We also saw some rabbits, birds and cute squirrels all over the place, it’s hard not to fall in love! I loved our time there and I wish I could live near and definetly include this magic place in my daily routine.
